Dear RPA Member,
Happy Holidays! To thank you for your loyal patronage, RPA has updated and improved your
email service.
RPA has switched to new email servers. The new servers should improve spam filtering and
virus blocking and should increase the speed and usability of your email. We have also
increased your disk quota from 20 MB to a generous 250 MB! We also increased your email
attachment limit to a whopping 10 MB!
As you can see, there is also a new webmail interface. Although the new interface is
simple, there are several new features available that you may want to become familiar
with and begin using. For instance, if a spam message gets through the filters you can
easily report it as spam and move it to the trash! Within the webmail interface, there is
a link on the left side to an online help guide to help you become better acquainted with
these new features.
